1. Deposits and Refunds

Non-Refundable Deposits:

All deposits made for tax services are non-refundable. These deposits secure your spot in our schedule and are necessary to begin the tax preparation process.

Refund Policy:

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may only be granted in exceptional circumstances, as determined solely by Think Tax Solutions Inc. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be provided at the discretion of the company.

Cancellation of In-Person Appointments:

Booking deposits for in-person appointments are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. If you fail to attend or cancel, the deposit will be forfeited.

Email Deposits:

Deposits for services requested via email are non-refundable, except in situations where Think Tax Solutions Inc. fails to provide any communication or service within 7-10 business days of receiving your deposit. In such cases, a refund may be considered at the company's discretion.

2. Service Fees

Non-Refundable Service Fees:

All service fees, including those for tax preparation and consulting, are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both the client and Think Tax Solutions Inc.

Membership Fees:

All membership fees, including those for any subscription or retainer-based services, are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for managing their membership status and must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

3. Modifications to Terms

Think Tax Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or by directly notifying clients. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.

4. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with Think Tax Solutions Inc. for tax services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
