If you book an online appointment and pay a deposit, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking to be eligible for a refund. If the appointment is not canceled within this 24-hour window, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

For any tax return work, clients agree that up to 50% of the total final fee for the return preparation may be collected at our discretion, even if the return is not finalized or completed.
